About Peggy Runco
My roots in the community run deep. I'm a native Puebloan from a big Italian-American family, I went to the local university (now Colorado State University Pueblo), and I was fortunate to enjoy a long and successful career in banking that was the perfect precursor to a long and successful career in real estate! As a realtor since 2010, I am continually focused on ensuring that my clients have a knowledgeable advocate throughout every step of the process. I communicate honestly and frequently to keep stress levels low and make the experience as pleasant as possible. I know the area and the market, and offer guidance on the sometimes confusing ins and outs of contracts and deadlines. I'm happy to supply references for inspectors, lenders, and other service providers. I provide the expertise buyers and sellers need with the service that they deserve.
